A central yet quiet location in Seefeld with a beautiful mountain view. Lovingly designed rooms, warm hosts, and an ideal starting point for hikes, excursions, and activities. Perfect for guests seeking peace and quiet while still appreciating proximity to the center.
Our Haus Alpengruss is located very close to the center – pedestrian zone / village center: approx. 600 m, walking time: about 5 minutes at a leisurely pace.
Unfortunately, our accommodation is not wheelchair accessible, as the entrance has a narrow set of stairs.
Yes, there is free Wi-Fi throughout the house.
Since June 1, 2010, a general smoking ban has been in effect in public spaces in Austria, which also applies to our entire house. However, you are welcome to smoke on your apartment's balcony, on our terrace, or in front of our entrance door using the provided ashtrays.
The ski areas Rosshütte and Gschwandtkopf are located approximately 1-2 km from Hannas Alpengruss. The Seefeld high plateau ski bus stops at the Apothekerparkplatz as well as at the train station, both in the immediate vicinity, and takes you to the ski areas free of charge. Yes, we welcome families with children! Baby cots and high chairs are available. There is also a playground and a green meadow directly at the house.
Seefeld offers a wide range of leisure activities in every season. In summer, you can enjoy tennis, golf, hiking, swimming, paddling, and numerous excursion possibilities. In winter, the program includes skiing, cross-country skiing, tobogganing, biathlon, ice skating, curling, and horse-drawn carriage rides. Year-round favorites include excursions to Innsbruck, Bavaria, and Italy – easily reachable by train or bus.
Directly at the house, a playground, play area, sandbox, and a barbecue area are available. In the nearby area, you will find the lakeside playground, mini-golf, llamas, alpacas, and the adventurous playground at Rosshütte. In summer, the Leutasch Spirit Gorge is great fun; in winter, toboggans, bobsleds, and snow gliders are available for free rental. Furthermore, the Seefeld Tourism Office offers a versatile adventure program for the whole family with the PlateauCard.
Yes, our two-room apartments each feature two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Yes, the holiday apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen with two hot plates and a refrigerator.
Yes, an espresso machine and a kettle are available in all rooms and apartments.
Yes, all rooms and apartments have their own furnished balcony. Additionally, our guests have access to a sunny terrace and a sunbathing lawn with deck chairs and a hammock – ideal for relaxing and unwinding.
Yes, a barbecue is available. Wood and grilling tools are provided.
Yes, a bathtub is available in the two-room apartment "Sterne" as well as in the one-room apartment "Harmonie."
There is no sauna or wellness facility in the house itself. However, as our guest, you benefit from a 35% discount at the Olympia Swimming Pool Seefeld (Mon. – Fri., excluding public holidays).
Yes. Beds are freshly made upon arrival. Hand, bath, and kitchen towels are provided in both the apartments and the rooms.
There is no washing machine in the house. However, a self-service laundry equipped with washing machines and dryers is just a 3-minute walk away.
Yes, there is a safe in every room and apartment.
Yes. A ski storage area is available. Bicycles can be securely locked in the garage.

We do not have a traditional reception. Simply ring the doorbell at the front door – I will then come to assist you personally. For questions and requests, the bell is available at any time, as it is diverted directly to my phone.
Rooms are ready for occupancy from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, you can use your room until 10:00 AM. A late check-out until 6:00 PM is possible for an additional charge of EUR 50.00, depending on availability. Please inquire 1-2 days before your departure.
Your four-legged friend is more than welcome to join you on holiday. We charge € 15.00 per day without food. We reserve the right to charge an additional fee for any necessary final cleaning upon departure.
Payment is possible by bank transfer in advance or in cash upon arrival. We do not accept credit or debit cards.
Yes, within a 5-minute walk you can reach the Raiffeisenbank Seefeld (opposite Hotel Central) or the Sparkasse (opposite the train station).
- Directions from Telfs: Center, turn left at Hotel Central, take the 1st exit at the roundabout over the railway crossing uphill (Andreas-Hofer-Straße). Entrance No. 235 on the right after House No. 357.
- Directions from Garmisch/Innsbruck: Exit Seefeld Mitte, 2. exit at the roundabout towards the center. After Haus Birkenhof (No. 151), turn left into the small path.
- From the train station on foot: Follow Andreas-Hofer-Straße towards Roßhütte, turn right after Haus Andreas Hofer (approx. 5 min.).
One free outdoor parking space at the house is included per room/apartment.
Breakfast is available depending on availability. Please inquire when booking.
Yes, we offer a fine selection of homemade products: vegan jams with low sugar, stone pine schnapps (Zirbenschnaps), walnut liqueur, elderberry syrup, stone pine pillows, lavender sachets, as well as hand-knitted socks and gloves.
There are three supermarkets and two bakeries within a radius of just 300 meters. The shops are generally open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Yes, there is a large selection of gastronomy in Seefeld – from Austrian cuisine and pizzerias to international restaurants. I will be happy to advise you personally and recommend suitable spots.
Current events and happenings can be found on our notice board by the stairs. I am also happy to advise you personally and inform you about current offers and events. In addition, the tourist office at the train station is always happy to help.
Yes! The Wildsee is only about 300 meters away. The lido features a restaurant, a children's playground, and boat rentals. The Möserer See and Lottensee (periodically) are also wonderful bathing lakes nearby.
With your PlateauCard, you benefit from discounts on the adventure program. In winter, you also receive discounted access to the cross-country skiing trails and free use of the regional bus.
There is no e-charging station at the house itself. However, numerous charging options are available in Seefeld, including at Hotel Central in the center and at the train station.
