• We rent our rooms, studios and apartments without daily cleaning, fresh towels and toilet paper can be found for free in the laundry closet in the hallway.
• Please note these prices refer to a private booking directly with us. If you book our apartments via a booking portal, the prices are usually higher, as we have to take into account commissions. Therefore, it is always worthwhile to contact us directly by mail or by phone.
• Our prices depend on your travel period and length of stay.
• Please understand that we have to charge a short stay supplement for short stays. But also cheaper deals are possible with a longer stay.
• For specific price information, please do not hesitate to contact us.
• We speak English, French, Italian.
• We are a non-smoking house! Please go to the balcony or garden to smoke.
• Local tax 2,80 per person and day from the age of 16.

Internet & WLAN

In our house you can use WLAN in all rooms free of charge.

Arrival and departure

Check-in and check-out On the day of arrival our apartments and rooms are available from 2 pm. On the day of departure we ask you to leave your apartment or room until 10 am.

Pets
You are allowed to bring your dog or other pets on request. Welcome treats are provided in the room. Please note that we charge a fee of €12.00 per day per pet.

Parking
Right in front of our Haus Alpengruss there is ample parking space for our guests (outdoors).

Please note that we cannot accept debit or credit cards. Payment is possible in cash or in advance by bank transfer. The next ATM is located in the village centre of Seefeld (within walking distance).

Deposit

We would like to point out that your reservation will be valid upon receipt of the deposit of 30%. Please transfer the respective amount within 7 days after booking and free of charge to the receiver.

Our cancellation conditions

• Up to 3 months before arrival you can cancel free of charge.
• From 3 months to 1 month before arrival we charge 60% of the travel price.
• From 1 month to 1 week before arrival the cancellation fee is 80% of the travel price.
• In case of cancellation within the last week before arrival, late arrival or early departure, we charge 100% of the tour price.

Travel insurance

In order to be on the safe side, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
